The Brookfield City Aquatic Center is one of the premier attractions within the Brookfield Parks & Recreation system. Located in South City Park, the Aquatic Center offers a fun, safe, and family-friendly destination for residents and visitors to cool off and enjoy the summer.
The Aquatic Center opens each year on Memorial Day weekend and is open daily through mid-August, weather permitting. Certified lifeguards are on duty during operating hours, and a fully stocked concession stand offers snacks and cold beverages throughout the day.
Swimming lessons and water aerobics may be offered each season based on enrollment. The facility is also available for private rentals after regular operating hours, making it a great venue for birthday parties, family reunions, church groups, school activities, and other special events.

Aquatic Center Features
The Aquatic Center features nearly 5,000 square feet of water surface, beginning with a zero-depth entry and extending to a 12-foot, 6-inch deep end. Visitors of all ages can enjoy a variety of attractions, including:
- Zero-depth entry

- Children’s splash play structures
- Climbing wall
- Current channel (lazy river)
- Four shaded cabanas
- And many additional water features designed for family fun!

Private Pool Parties
Make your next celebration a splash! The Brookfield City Aquatic Center is available for private pool parties on select days throughout the summer.

- Evening Parties: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday • 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
- Morning Parties: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday • 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. (Morning parties are not available on Sundays.)

Concession Stand

Cabana Rentals
$20.00 a day
We absolutely wish to preserve this for groups who utilize it, but want to be able to have the space available at all times! Please see below for details.
If Cabana is NOT rented for the day:
– Ropes will be removed and cabana will be open seating for all!
– All regular rules apply: first come/first serve and only water allowed.
If Cabana has been reserved:
• No changes to rental pricing/procedure
– Ropes will be put up around Cabana as seen in previous years.
– Must call and reserve BEFORE pool opens for the day. After opening, as mentioned above, it will be first come/first serve and we will not ask patrons to move and sit elsewhere.
– May bring outside food/drink or good from concession stand (all must be kept under cabana and disposed of properly in trash can)
