The Brookfield R-III School District offers a developmentally-appropriate preschool program through which young children can build their individual potential in a positive, nurturing environment. Brookfield Bright Beginnings, a Title I Preschool, is a federally funded program providing services to students age 4 to 5 (not kindergarten eligible). The program is designed to prepare children for successful school entry emphasizing kindergarten readiness skills.

Linn County Area Technical Center
The Linn County Area Career and Technical Center is a technical school that proudly serves Linn County and the surrounding communities. The LCACTC offers programs in Agriculture Education, Automotive, Building Trades, Business, Early Childhood Professional, Graphic Arts, Information Technology, Health Sciences, and Welding.

Grand River Welding Institute
Grand River Welding Institute is a post secondary trade school in Missouri that has a emphasis on stainless steel pipe welding. GRWl’s welding program will consist of four major welding procedures to become a certified pipe welder. Students will be instructed by field experienced personnel qualified by GRWl’s weld testing and field knowledge experience.
The program total hours is 775 hours. Classroom and lab time are included in this time frame. Grand River Welding Institute is certified by the Department of Higher Education in the state of Missouri. For more information please visit our website.
