Joshua Billingsley is a lifelong Brookfield resident and a member of the Brookfield High School Class of 2006. With a strong commitment to serving others and giving back to his community, he is the co-founder and Executive Director of Creative Pathways, an organization he established in 2015 alongside Skylar Bruner.
Creative Pathways provides a wide range of services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including residential support, day programming, and employment services that help individuals stay active, connected, and engaged in their communities. What began as a vision to meet local needs has grown into a thriving organization with more than 60 employees, continuing to expand its reach and impact across the region.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in History Education and has dedicated his career to support services. His passion for helping others led him to return to Brookfield and invest in building opportunities that strengthen both individuals and the community.
Outside of his professional work, Joshua enjoys gardening, beekeeping, and spending time with his wife and their three children.
