Beginning March 26th, Parks and Recreation will be hosting an Around Town Easter Scavenger Hunt! Numerous local businesses have graciously offered to place an Easter Egg in their window for us to "find"! Coloring/Activity Sheets will go home with students from school, can be picked up at The City Hall, or at Prenger Foods Grocery Store! There are two different ways to play! Younger children can color the egg on their coloring sheet to match the egg at the location. Older children can record the word on the egg to eventually find the answer to a riddle! These scavenger hunt sheets can then be brought to The Burris Center at #1 Center Drive on Easter Sunday (April 4th) from 2pm-4pm for a drive through event. You can trade your Coloring/Activity Sheet for an Easter bunny surprise. Any scavenger hunt sheets that are turned in will be entered into a drawing for a bigger prize! There will be an opportunity for your children to get a picture with the Easter Bunny!
