We received a call today from the developer with the good news!
The City of Brookfield is very pleased to announce the HALLS of BROOKFIELD APARTMENTS will be a reality! Three months ago the Halls of Brookfield Senior Development proposal was submitted to MHDC by Turnberry Developers, LLC. Today it has been approved. It will provide a much needed quality and affordable Senior Apartments in a development of a prominent vacant site on North Main Street.
This is the third time we have applied for the three-story housing unit and more info will be coming very soon!!
